The Protocol
The 7-Day Matrix.
We operate on a strict Monday-to-Monday schedule (with a Sunday night stay in Anchorage). This ensures exclusive group coherence, tightly orchestrated flight logistics, and maximum hours spent on the water.
Sunday
Arrive Anchorage
Fly into Ted Stevens International Airport (ANC). Overnight in Anchorage — book your hotel early, summer dates fill fast.
Monday
Arrival & Orientation
Check in with Lake Clark Air at 2:00 PM. Charter flight to Nondalton, then floatplane transfer direct to the lodge dock on Six Mile Lake. Welcome dinner and gear outfitting.
Tuesday–Saturday
Fly-out Fishing
Early breakfast, floatplanes depart to prime river systems across the Bristol Bay watershed. Full days on the water with your guide. Shore lunch on the river, return to the lodge for appetizers, cocktails, and a multi-course dinner.
Sunday
The Final Day
One last full day on the water targeting your priority species. Sunday evening features the signature lodge farewell dinner.
Monday
Departure
Floatplanes depart the lodge dock around 9:00 AM, connecting to your charter back to Anchorage by approximately 10:15 AM.

Corporate & Group Buyouts.
Lock down the entire lodge. We are maxed at 14 anglers, securing a week buyout grants you total operational control. Private dinners, customized flight manifests, and absolute exclusivity in the Alaskan wilderness.

We own our planes. You save the charter fee.
A heavily guarded secret in the Alaskan lodge industry is that many operations do not own their aircraft. They rely on third-party commercial charters, meaning guests are slapped with hidden $2,000+ flight invoices on arrival.
We own and operate five aircraft — three on floats, two on wheels. Our pilots are staff. Our planes are parked at our dock. Your package covers everything—no hidden commercial aviation fees, and no waiting for a delayed charter.

Financial Terms
Deposits & Cancellations.
We operate an extremely tight season with maximum occupancy. Because of this, our financial policies are strict and non-negotiable.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your week. Peak season weeks book out over a year in advance. Contact us for current deposit terms.
Balance
Full payment details are provided at time of booking. Contact us directly to confirm current payment schedule and due dates.
Cancellations
A full refund, less a $300.00 per person cancellation fee, for written cancellations received at least 120 days prior to the trip start date. No refund within 120 days unless a replacement is found (plus the $300 fee). No refunds on early departures.
Travel Insurance
Trip cancellation insurance is highly recommended. We strongly advise all guests to purchase comprehensive travel protection to safeguard their investment.
